Do You Have What It Takes?
We are looking for individuals who bring more than just qualifications. We want people with genuine empathy, reliability, and a commitment to supporting others. Experience in disability support is valued, but the right attitude is essential.
- 1Genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- 2Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
- 4Current driver licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- 5Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check
- 6Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 7Right to work in Australia
